Press Ctrl+Alt+S, and go to settings, select 'Editor' -> 'General', and go to 'Gutter Icons',

Check the option, i.e. 'Show gutter icons', and then click 'Apply' button.

Editor Spring icon will show the most left border of the editor closing to line number.
